ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions. MUST HAVES
* Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
* 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
* Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Elevated self-awareness and aptitude to develop new skills.
* A passion for teamwork and leveraging opportunities. NICE TO HAVES

* Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
