The Legal & Compliance Fellowship is a paid, hands-on role at the heart of how a fast-growing, multi-jurisdiction venture capital firm operates. You will see how the legal function enables investing, from entity structuring to regulatory obligations to fund governance, and you will own real work that keeps a globally expanding firm compliant, organized, and moving. Fellows work directly with our Legal Counsel and leave with practical experience in venture capital legal operations.
What You Will DoThe role is focused on the back-office legal operations of the fund. You will support the Legal Counsel in making sure that compliance and legal projects are clearly defined, assigned to specific owners, and managed to timely and effective conclusion.
Project managementTrack and drive compliance and legal workstreams across jurisdictions, from scoping through completionDefine deliverables, owners, and deadlines for each project, and follow up to keep them on scheduleMaintain a central tracker of open matters, status,
