ResponsibilitiesInternational Gaming RegulationProvide expert legal advice on gambling and iGaming regulation across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on B2B gaming operationsAssess regulatory requirements and legal risks linked to new market entryManage gaming licensing applications, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligationsMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on Alea's operations and strategyLiaise with gaming regulators, external legal advisers and relevant authoritiesAdvise internal teams on the regulatory implications of commercial agreements, integrations and business initiativesCorporate & CommercialSupport corporate governance, group structures, intercompany arrangements and international corporate mattersDraft, review and negotiate complex B2B agreements with game providers, operators and strategic partnersSupport corporate transactions, entity incorporations,



restructurings and other corporate projectsIdentify legal risks and provide commercially practical recommendationsCoordinate with external counsel across jurisdictionsBusiness PartnershipAct as a trusted legal adviser to senior management and cross-functional teamsIndependently manage complex legal matters from initial assessment through to implementationSupport the Head of Legal in building a strong, efficient and proactive legal functionRequirementsQualified lawyer with 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally including substantial in-house experience in iGamingDemonstrable experience in gambling regulation across multiple jurisdictionsHands-on experience with gaming licensing, regulatory assessments and market entry requirementsSolid corporate and commercial law background, including xqbhyrx complex international B2B agreementsExperience working with gaming regulators and external legal advisersAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities and make sound legal recommendationsExcellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsFluent professional English, written and spokenNice to havePrevious experience in a B2B iGaming supplier, casino game aggregator or gaming technology providerFamiliarity with Malta, UK, Spain, Brazil and other regulated gaming marketsExperience with international corporate structures and cross-border transactionsExperience in fast-growing international tech businesses#J-18808-Ljbffr
