* Monitor sales, margin, volume, market share and forecast accuracy; act on deviations.
* Bring market-driven ideas on recycled materials, PPWR and circular economy to the Innovation team, and translate sustainability into customer value. What We're Looking For
* Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Packaging, Business Administration or similar.
* 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in Packaging or Logistics; experience with pallets, reusable packaging or plastic injection molding is a plus.
* Track record leading cross-functional projects, with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Strategic thinker, customer-oriented, comfortable with data-driven decisions and stakeholder management.
