On-site | Full-time Are you a hands-on Supply Chain professional with experience across procurement, supplier management, inventory and logistics? We are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to join an established manufacturing business following a period of organisational change. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, adaptable professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the supply chain and helping drive operational efficiency. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, manage supplier relationships and ensure materials are available to support production requirements. As part of a relatively small site team, you will need to be comfortable taking a hands‑on approach and working collaboratively across the business.

Key responsibilities
* Manage purchasing, procurement, supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
* Oversee inventory control, materials planning, warehousing, receiving and stock availability.
* Coordinate logistics and transportation, ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of materials.
* Develop and maintain production schedules and material plans in line with demand forecasts.
* Identify opportunities to reduce material costs, improve supplier performance and optimise stock levels.
* Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best balance of cost, quality and service.
* Support new product introductions and production ramp‑ups.




* Maintain accurate material costings, planning data and inventory records.
* Work closely with production, quality, engineering and other departments to resolve supply chain challenges.
* Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
* Provide hands‑on support to the wider team, contributing wherever needed to ensure smooth site operations. About you
* Experience in supply chain management, procurement, purchasing, inventory or logistics.
* Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
* Strong supplier management and negotiation skills, with a track record of identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
* Good understanding of inventory control, materials planning and transportation.
* A practical, adaptable approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Comfortable working in a small team where collaboration and a willingness to get involved are essential.
* A proactive problem‑solver who can take ownership and work independently.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Fluency in Spanish is essential.
* Good English communication skills are also required. What's on offer?
