Contract until June 2027, with potential extensionWe’re supporting a leading integral technology organisation looking for a junior Business Operations Specialist to join its digital advertising operations team.
This is a predominantly back-end, analytical and operational role, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, Excel and reporting rather than being heavily client-facing.
What you'll be doing:Supporting business forecasting and performance analysisMaintaining reports and dashboards and ensuring data accuracyWorking extensively with Excel to analyse and reconcile dataSupporting billing,



revenue reconciliation and accrualsInvestigating reporting and financial discrepanciesSupporting payment follow-upsMaintaining contract records and coordinating renewals/amendmentsWorking with internal teams to resolve operational issues and improve processesWhat we're looking for:1–2 years’ experience within digital advertising, digital marketing, media, sales operations, business operations or a related environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Excel skills, particularly PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUPExperience working with reporting, operational or financial data xqbhyrx Excellent attention to detail and organisational skillsFluent English, C1 level or abovePower BI experience would be beneficialThis could be particularly well suited to someone currently working within Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Media Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Reporting/Analytics, or an analytical Account Coordinator position looking to move into a more operational role.
