ABOUT NUMAHey there We’re Numa, a forward-thinking hospitality brand redefining how people discover cities. We create spaces where simplicity meets innovation, offering thoughtfully designed rooms, studios, and apartments in the heart of Europe’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
Lea atentamente toda la información sobre esta posibilidad y luego utilice el botón de solicitud de abajo para enviar su CV y su candidatura.
We’re not just transforming the guest experience—we’re revolutionizing the hospitality industry from the inside out. Our cutting-edge technology streamlines operations, delivering unparalleled value with no hidden fees—just real, quality experiences.
At Numa, we believe that travel should be curious and authentic, and we bring those same values to our work culture. As part of our team, you’ll experience a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity thrives, and your contributions make a real impact. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every voice is valued, and different perspectives fuel our innovation.
We’re looking for a mid-level Brand Designer to own the design needs of Numa’s 170+ properties across our portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for operations, property management, and marketing requests — managing scope, timeline, and quality independently without a dedicated project manager.
This is a high-impact role that bridges brand strategy and operational reality. You’ll translate Brand Identity guidelines into self-service templates and assets that help our properties stay consistent, professional, and on-brand. You’re proactive, organised, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organisation.
What makes this different: This isn’t a support role. You define scope, push back when needed, and own the delivery.

You manage a complex mix of requests in Asana, coordinate with our Brand Designer team, and help shape how Numa looks across Europe.
