* Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple communication channels.
* Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.
* Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
* Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
* Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards. Requirements
* Arabic: Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).
* English: B2/C1 proficiency or higher.
* Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.
* Degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Previous experience in Digital Marketing.
* Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
* Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. xqysrnh
