* End-to-end recruitment process, participating in the design of the best talent acquisition strategy.
* Onboarding of newly hired candidates.
* Participate in fairs and events to attract future talent.
* Support for P&T.; Требования
* Candidates with at least 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist in the ICT sector.
* Candidates with experience searching for talent through social media and job portals.
* Candidates who are resourceful and able to work under pressure.
* Proactivity, dynamism, and the ability to work in multitasking environments.




* At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Systems, Fullstack Developer, Business Intelligence, Cloud, BPA, ERP/CRM, Cybersecurity...).
* Follow-up interviews and onboarding.
* Availability to work in Barcelona city two days a week (near Sants Station). Условия
