Job Description
– Integration Project Manager (ERP): Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead the integration and data migration workstreams for a Group ERP transformation program, migrating three country-specific legacy ERP systems into a single Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation and validation.
• Manage the interface inventory and integration delivery across legacy systems and D365 F&O.;
• Oversee integrations involving APIs, middleware, batch interfaces and data exchanges.
• Review and challenge functional and technical specifications from the system integrator.
• Drive SIT, performance testing, migration testing, UAT support and cutover activities.
• Coordinate local IT teams, legacy system owners and Group program stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues and dependencies using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure successful handover of integration and migration documentation to Spain and Portugal IT teams. Mandatory

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Integration,



Technical or Data Migration Project Manager in ERP programs.
• Experience in ERP implementation, rollout or transformation projects.
• Strong end-to-end ownership of integration and data migration workstreams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (preferred).
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, batch interfaces and system integrations.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation and migration management.
• Multi-country or multi-entity ERP rollout experience.
• Ability to challenge technical and functional specifications and drive delivery.
• Fluency in Spanish and English. Skill Matrix:
