In this role, you will offer guidance, support, and resources to create a fulfilling and enjoyable experience for our students. Your main responsibilities
• Student support, serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, offering assistance via chat, phone, email and in-person.
• Problem resolution: address and resolve student concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
• Academic team support.
• Office support.
• Initiating, processing and managing student reservations.
• General administrative tasks.
