Onboarding & Offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees. ? Generalist Role: support key areas such as training, employee experience, and workplace culture.

Salary:
€24,000 per year.

• High level of spoken and written Spanish
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
