International Client Support Executive Role overview We’re looking for an organised, service-minded International Client Support Executive to join Tradedoubler, part of the NYORDA group, at our Madrid office. You’ll be part of an international team, with an initial focus on day-to-day support and administration for a portfolio of small and medium-sized clients in the UK. You’ll be a regular point of contact for your clients, helping them get the most from Tradedoubler’s tools and services. You’ll keep requests moving and follow up on open items, working with colleagues across teams and markets. This is a hands-on support role with room to grow. As you build your experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on broader client responsibilities and work with clients across more international markets. Our client needs, processes and tools continue to develop. You’ll be comfortable adapting to change, curious about new ways of working and ready to contribute ideas that improve the support we provide. Main responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day partner marketing support to a portfolio of small and medium-sized UK clients.
• Handle client queries through to resolution, working with internal teams when needed.
• Provide proactive support in line with agreed service levels, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and follow up on open requests and actions.
• Train clients on Tradedoubler’s tools and systems so they can manage routine tasks independently.
• Keep client administration accurate and up to date, including invoicing, client onboarding records and follow-ups.




• Coordinate service delivery for clients and publishers across relevant markets, working closely with internal teams.
• Develop a strong knowledge of Tradedoubler’s systems and become a go-to person for clients and colleagues.
• Identify client needs and share relevant growth opportunities with the appropriate teams.
• Keep up to date with affiliate marketing developments and changes to our services and processes.
• Share client feedback and ideas that could improve the way we work.

Your profile
• Native or fluent written and spoken English.
• An additional language is a strong advantage, particularly Spanish, German, Italian or Dutch. Other languages are welcome too.
• Based at our Madrid office.
• Experience in client support, client service or an administrative role.
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep several priorities and deadlines on track.
• You enjoy client contact and communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues.
• Comfortable working with Excel, data and digital tools, and quick to learn new systems.
• Practical problem-solving skills and a versátil approach when priorities or processes change.
• Experience working with international clients or teams is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, partner or affiliate marketing, or account support is a plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, affiliate networks or performance-based marketing is highly valued.
• Curious, proactive and collaborative, with an interest in developing your skills and taking on more responsibility over time.
