Role Description: Genton Capital is seeking a Crypto Investment and Portfolio Associate for a full-time remote position based in Spain. This role will focus on cryptocurrency investment research, digital asset evaluation, portfolio analysis, and trading strategy development. The associate will monitor market developments, assess investment opportunities, and support portfolio allocation and risk management across emerging digital asset markets.

Responsibilities:
• Research Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, and emerging cryptocurrency markets.
• Evaluate digital asset investment opportunities using fundamental and quantitative analysis.
• Monitor portfolio performance, asset allocation, liquidity, volatility, and risk exposure.
• Research cryptocurrency market trends, trading strategies, and institutional activity.
• Analyze tokenomics, blockchain projects, and decentralized finance opportunities.
• Support portfolio construction, diversification,



and rebalancing decisions.
• Prepare investment reports, financial models, and market research summaries.
• Monitor trading performance and identify opportunities to improve portfolio returns.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in investment research, quantitative finance, financial markets, or cryptocurrency.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and cryptocurrency markets.
• Knowledge of portfolio analysis, algorithmic trading, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel; Python, SQL, or quantitative analysis experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional English proficiency; Spanish is an advantage.
