Задачи:

- Monitor project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, schedules and action items.
- Escalate significant risks and decisions to appropriate leadership forums.
- Coordinate activities between internal teams, consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
- Manage integrated project schedules covering process design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, and vendor performance.
- Ensure project resources are effectively aligned with project priorities.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Manage project scope and change requests while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to support solution design and process alignment.





Требования:

- 5+ years of experience with Project Management leading large-scale enterprise system implementations
- Ability to communicate effectively with project team and customers/vendors
- Ability to collaborate with others to achieve business objectives
- Proven ability to creatively solve problems, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent critical thinking skills to support decision making
- Strong organizational skills to effectively balance competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships with outside team members
- Prepared to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Experience with implementing Supply Chain solutions
