Introduction As our organization continues to grow, the need for efficient, scalable, and value-creating processes becomes increasingly important. To support this development, process management must evolve from a compliance-focused activity into a strategic capability that actively improves organizational performance. This role will lead process and improvement initiatives across the organization, establish modern process management practices, and drive collaboration between stakeholders to identify, optimize, and govern processes management activities. This new resource will allow to: Transform process management into a strategic enabler for the organization.

Tasks Develop and establish a value-driven process management framework across the organization.
Manage and continuously improve existing processes, policies, and governance structures.
Define and maintain process management standards, methods, and rules incl. performance reporting.
Support process modelling, optimization, and harmonization initiatives together with process owners and stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional process improvement projects and change initiatives.
Operate and continuously enhance QMS tools, including user support and training.
Increase process transparency, efficiency, and organizational scalability.
