IESE Business School is seeking an Associate Director of MBA Admissions to lead recruitment and enrollment in the Barcelona region. You will own the regional sales and marketing plan, drive outreach, manage relationships with candidates, and guide applicants from first contact to enrollment.
You will assess fit with IESE’s mission, build a strong network of partners, and use data to optimize results. Travel and evening/weekend recruitment events are part of the role.
