No banking experience neededJoin a global operations team and contribute to delivering high-quality services to international clients.
We need someone that can collaborate with:Proactively engage with available documentation, training materials, and real case examples to build a solid understanding of processes, products, and tools.
Maintain structured personal notes to consolidate learning, track key concepts, and document recurring patterns or use cases.
Apply a “learn–apply–reflect” approach: actively implement newly acquired knowledge in daily tasks and reflect on outcomes to reinforce understanding.
Seek regular feedback from mentors or senior team members and incorporate it into subsequent work.
Demonstrate curiosity by asking relevant, well-thought-out questions and identifying knowledge gaps independently.
