We are looking for a results-oriented Product Manager to support and drive the growth of our AI-powered business writing assistant, contributing to key areas such as product strategy, development, AI innovation, and performance optimization. Define and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needs Lead the discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering stakeholder insights to identify trends and pain points Product Development & Lifecycle Management Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning through release, ensuring strategic alignment and successful delivery Identify and implement improvements to the software development process, accelerating innovation and enhancing product delivery Foster continual communication across teams to clarify goals, answer questions, and resolve obstacles Evaluate, implement,



and manage AI features to enhance writing assistance and user personalization Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to leverage advanced language models and maintain high-quality standards Monitor user adoption and AI performance, identifying opportunities to scale intelligent features and maintain a competitive advantage Performance Analysis & Optimization Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on business goals, client needs, stakeholder input, and market potential Use web analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the success of product features, guiding future development decision Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ~2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments ~ Prior background in business communication, productivity tools, or authoring solutions ~ Understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies ~ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills ~ Ability to synthesize user feedback, market research, and performance data into actionable product decisions Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization Master’s degree or additional certifications in Product Management or a related discipline Experience in a global or multicultural team setting Mid-Senior level Full-time Translation and Localization and Software Development
