We're looking for an Operations Manager to drive operational transformation through process optimisation, automation, and AI-powered solutions. You'll identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows, implement scalable solutions, and work cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer experience across the business.
Deploying AI and intelligent automation to eradicate manual work, eliminate friction, and enhance overall output
Spearheading cross-functional projects from initial diagnostic through to solution rollout and continuous monitoring
Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to convert business pain points into robust technical frameworks




Resolving complex operational constraints through data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies
Tracking essential metrics to evaluate system performance, operational efficiency gains, and bottom-line success
Hands‑on experience delivering process automation, workflow optimisation, or technology-driven operational improvements
~ Experience managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
~ The ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution, delivering measurable business impact
~ Fluency in English

Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or other tools used for data analysis and automation
