Overview

In this role you will lead financial planning and performance analysis to support commercial and operating leaders, helping them understand business performance and make informed decisions. You’ll work in a cross-functional setting with visibility to senior leadership, while managing forecasting, budgeting, and revenue models for a software/SaaS environment. The role combines hands-on data analysis with scenario modelling and clear executive reporting. You’ll operate in a remote setup in Spain or Portugal, contributing to Veralto’s mission of delivering essential resources with impact.

Responsabilidades

- Lead annual budget, and align monthly/quarterly forecasting with driver assumptions and P&L; forecasting
- Build and maintain revenue models (subscription, maintenance, licenses, services) and track ARR, retention, churn, bookings, pipeline
- Deliver variance analysis vs budget/forecast/prior year and identify key drivers, risks and opportunities
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders on pricing, deals, headcount, investments,



profitability with supporting models and business cases
- Prepare executive reporting and dashboards; support month-end close, revenue reviews, accruals, and management reporting accuracy
- Utilize Oracle Fusion, SQL and Excel to analyse data, reconcile results, and automate planning/reporting processes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Finance, Economics or Business Administration
- 3+ years in Business Controlling, FP&A; or comparable finance role in an international organization
- Experience in software/SaaS or recurring-revenue businesses; familiarity with ARR, retention, churn, bookings
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel; working SQL knowledge or ability to query large data sets
- Hands-on ERP experience, ideally Oracle Fusion; solid knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS revenue recognition; fluent English
- Knowledge of accounting and revenue recognition principles; strong communication skills
