Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 across the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues to HCP, SUS and FSE, ensuring high-quality service from a remote setting.

You'll collaborate with general teams, own continuous improvement projects and may provide on-site training abroad. Fluent Portuguese, English and Italian are required.
