We are looking for a Maintenance and Support Engineer with experience in maintenance services, customer support, incident management, repairs, RMA processes, lifecycle support, KPI monitoring, and logistics activities to join projects focused on ensuring the operational availability, supportability, and lifecycle management of equipment and systems within the space sector .
Manage and monitor maintenance and customer support activities.
Track and analyze KPIs related to maintenance and support services.
Support logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and compliance with deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Organization.
Experience or knowledge in maintenance services and customer support.
Experience or knowledge in incident management, repairs, RMA processes, and equipment lifecycle support.
Advanced level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
