Minor Hotels - Southern Europe is hiring through Hosco in Madrid. The selected candidate will join our Reservations Department and will be responsible for the training area within our Groups Department, including onboarding new agents and providing support training for existing team members.
Responsibilities include conducting onboarding sessions, delivering training on SAP, client identification, contracts and rates, reservation creation and modification, Evolution system and call flow.
