We are looking for an International Programs Officer to join our team and contribute to the development and expansion of our international academic programs. If you are passionate about international higher education, enjoy building strategic relationships, and are ready to turn ideas into impactful projects, this is your opportunity to make a difference.
Your MissionYou will play a key role in expanding UCAM's international presence by developing new academic opportunities, strengthening integral partnerships, and coordinating high-impact international initiatives.
Your main responsibilities will include:International Program DevelopmentStrategic Partnerships & Business DevelopmentProject & Financial ManagementAgreements & Double DegreesGlobal Networking & RepresentationInternational Visits & DelegationsRelationship & Stakeholder ManagementMarket Intelligence & ReportingWhat We Are Looking ForA Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Public Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, Law, or a related field.




At least 2 years of professional experience in the higher education sector.
Fluent English (C1 minimum) and fluent Spanish (C1 minimum).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
A proactive, strategic, and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into tangible outcomes.
Additional experience or knowledge in business development, public relations, finance, project management, or international law will be highly valued.
