Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.
Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Danish – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the projectApplicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via phone, email, and chat.




Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
