Purpose

Our client, an international PE-backed in Process Manufacturing, is looking for a senior sourcing leader to take its general sourcing function to the next level. The focus is on moving beyond transactional buying to long-term partnerships with suppliers that secure supply, support innovation and drive growth. This is a role for a builder and a partner. Key Responsibilities

Lead the global sourcing strategy across raw materials, ingredients, packaging and indirect spend Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers, balancing cost with supply security and shared value Partner closely with R&D;, Operations and Commercial on innovation and growth Lead and develop an international team, shaping its structure, culture and capabilities Raise standards in category management, governance and compliance Success Measures (12-18 months)





A clear shift from price-led buying to strategic supplier partnerships Sourcing recognised as a strategic partner across the business A strong, well-structured team and a clear plan for indirect spend Desired Profile

10+ years of international sourcing experience, including leading global teams A proven track record of building long-term supplier partnerships, not only price negotiations. This is the key differentiator. Experience leading change and cross-functional collaboration Food, ingredients or agricultural sourcing background preferred; adjacent industries considered Master's degree and fluent English; additional languages an advantage Based in Europe or the US, with regular international travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
