We built this by prioritizing user experience, spending almost nothing on marketing. Now we're ramping up marketing, with the goal of top 5 globally in the next 12 months.

About this role We are on a mission to build the sharpest and most performance-driven affiliate operation in the crypto iGaming world.
Every deal, every campaign, every traffic source and every relationship has a direct impact on our growth - and how we manage those partnerships determines how much value we get from them.
The Affiliates Manager, is a hands-on role where you'll use data to understand what's working, reactivate and scale opportunities, and build a strong affiliate network across key markets.
You'll also represent Thrill at industry events, building relationships and staying close to what's happening across the affiliate landscape.
Up to the challenge?
Source and onboard new affiliate partners
Negotiate CPA, RS, Hybrid, Flat fee deals
Launch campaigns and coordinate promotional activities





Monitor traffic quality and partner performance
Identify opportunities for scaling
Monitor competitor affiliate offers and market activity
Attend relevant industry events
What we are looking for? 1+ years affiliate experience, preferably iGaming or Crypto
Existing affiliate network is a strong plus
Understanding of acquisition funnels
Understanding of FTD, STD, NGR, CAC, CR, ROAS and LTV
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
