YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProvide excellent customer service to banking clients.
Respond to customer inquiries in Euskera and Spanish.
Assist customers with banking-related questions and concerns.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Maintain clear and professional communication.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTSFluent written and spoken Euskera and Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Intermediate computer skills.
Willingness to attend on-site training in the Madrid area.
Availability to complete a written language assessment and submit a short language video.
