Lead by example on the sales floor, driving results and holding yourself and the team accountable. Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to exceed expectations. Manage the client database proactively to enhance customer engagement and increase sales. Collaborate on local customer events to generate additional revenue. Maintain inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories.
