Key Responsibilities
- Lead CSA cost management across major data centre projects
- Deliver cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
- Manage project teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support business development and account growth
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development
Requirements
- Proven experience in CSA Cost Management
- Strong background in data centre construction
- Experience with a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation
- Excellent stakeholder and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams
- Fluent in English;
Spanish language skillsare a plus
