IT Team Lead / PMO – International Program | European Patent Office (EPO)

At NTT DATA, we are looking for an IT Team Lead / PMO to join an international program linked to the European Patent Office (EPO).

You will work closely with the Program Manager in an environment involving multiple initiatives, teams and stakeholders, helping turn dispersed information into a clear view of the program: what is progressing, what may become a blocker, which decisions are required and where action is needed before issues escalate.

? Your challenge

Your main mission will be to ensure an end-to-end view of the program, connecting planning, delivery, risks, dependencies, governance and financial tracking.

We are not simply looking for someone to update plans or prepare reports. We need someone who can understand what sits behind the data, identify deviations and enable the conversations that keep the program moving forward.

In your day-to-day role, you will:

- Coordinate with Project Managers and initiative leads to track plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
- Maintain a consolidated view of end-to-end delivery, identifying deviations, blockers and areas requiring action.
- Support the Program Manager in coordinating and monitoring several workstreams simultaneously.
- Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, presentations and governance documentation, translating complex information into clear messages for decision-making.
- Follow up on actions and commitments across teams and stakeholders, ensuring traceability and timely execution.
- Participate in governance and coordination meetings with stakeholders at different levels, both internally and on the client side.
- Support the financial and budget tracking of projects and initiatives within the program.
- Help improve planning, monitoring and coordination mechanisms so that program management becomes increasingly effective.

? What are we looking for?





You are likely to be a strong fit if you bring:

- At least 4 years of experience in Team Leading / Project Management, Program Management, PMO or a similar role.
- Experience managing or tracking multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Confidence working with project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and governance structures.
- Experience preparing information and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to go beyond reporting to identify risks, interdependencies and potential impacts.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in environments with multiple teams and decision-makers.
- A professional level of English for working regularly in an international environment.
- Experience with budgetary, financial or economic project tracking will be valued.

- We are looking for someone with autonomy and sound judgement, but this is not a senior director-level position. We need someone who still wants to stay close to delivery, understand what is really happening across projects and help things move forward. ? A genuinely international project

You will join a program linked to the European Patent Office, working in a European and multicultural environment.

The position is based in Spain under a hybrid working model, with very occasional business travel.

Due to the nature of the project, you will need to meet the applicable eligibility requirements for working on initiatives linked to the EPO.
