We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist, with a key focus on Recruitment and Personnel Administration.

The main responsibilities and requirements for the role are detailed below.

What You’ll Do

? Recruitment &

- Hiring: manage applications, schedule interviews, update our database, write job descriptions, and handle contracts (new hires, terminations, modifications).

? HR Administration: keep employee records up to date, organize documentation, and manage payroll variables.

? Onboarding &

- Offboarding: ensure smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.

? Generalist Role: support key areas such as training, employee experience, and workplace culture.





? Training &

- Events: assist with organizing courses, internal activities, and office management.

? HR Policy Development: contribute to the creation and implementation of HR initiatives.

Job requirements

- High level of spoken and written Spanish
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first attitude.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
