? About the Challenge We are looking for a highly autonomous senior developer to lead and execute complex system migrations and low-level library design, ensuring high performance, memory safety, and behavior parity with legacy codebases.

? Mandatory Requirements

- Language: Advanced English (for daily communication and collaboration).
- Rust: Advanced/Expert Level.
- C/C++: Proficiency in reading and writing code for code translation and API mirroring.
- Advanced Rust (Unsafe): Deep understanding of Rust safety guarantees, memory layout, FFI, and secure auditing/writing of unsafe blocks.




- API Design & Differential Analysis: Ability to map C/C++ APIs to Rust, perform micro-benchmarks (CPU/wall time, memory peak), and analyze behavioral deviations.
- Technical Leadership: Experience in rigorous code reviews, mentoring junior/mid-level engineers, and disseminating high-quality testing standards.
- Autonomy: Proactive profile, with ease in navigating highly ambiguous scenarios and delivering results with minimal supervision.
