About the role

We are looking for an Embellishment Professional to join the Vestacy Team, with a strong interest in packaging development, project management, and execution excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional projects, managing packaging changes, and ensuring the successful delivery of product embellishment initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You wil responsible for

You will manage projects from day one, making decisions with real impact and driving performance through brands with purpose to Create a Cleaner & Healthier world. This is your chance! We’re looking for an Embellishment Planner;

- Planning production of embellished products for all household brands; daily alignment with copackers and Demand Planning to avoid OOS and solve urgencies.




- Packaging purchasing to secure service level and with the objective to reduce packaging networking capital.
- Support new product development process collaborating with internal departments (Marketing, Trade, Finance, Supply, Packaging, Quality) and external suppliers and copackers.
- Monthly reports: Supply Scorecard and Packaging Report.
- Create and maintains the SAP BOM (Product Structure) and runs MRP´s and MRS´s to properly plan and schedule the raw material purchasing, production activities and production quantities and timings according to the promotional demand planning needs.
- Maintenance product version in SAP and manage all the inventory transactions of vendors in SAP.
- Registration in Fastsku, of Embellishment references for palletizing and required measures.
- Management of the briefing according to the SOP Embellishment Vestacy

The experience we looking for

- University Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 12-18 months of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within Logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP Planning Modules.
- Fluent English and Spanish,



both written and spoken.
