Your core responsibilities will focus on ensuring smooth store operations and high standards of service. Key duties include:

Delivering attentive, friendly customer service and addressing shopper questions promptly.

Carrying out active sales by presenting products effectively and assisting customers with their purchasing choices.

Processing cash and card transactions accurately using the electronic POS terminal (TPV).

Handling product replenishment, organizing inventory, and keeping store shelves stocked, clean, and appealing at all times.

To fit right into this role, you bring initial experience in retail or customer-facing environments.



What you need to bring:

A minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience in customer service or sales roles.

A basic knowledge of English, which is valued given the diverse public passing through Aeroport de Palma.

A customer-first attitude, attention to detail, and readiness to collaborate effectively with your team.

Flexibility and availability to cover varying shift hours throughout the week.

Here is what this opportunity provides regarding conditions and compensation:

Contract type: Temporary contract within the private commercial sector.

Working hours: Full-time dedication structured across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with 2 designated rest days per week.

Salary: A gross annual salary of 17,094 EUR, established in accordance with the national collective bargaining agreement for the trade of paper and graphic arts (convenio colectivo nacional del ciclo de comercio del papel y artes gráficas).
