Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site per week)
We are looking for a Data Analytics / Machine Learning / AI Specialist to join a challenging project in the Data & Artificial Intelligence field, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence solutions with a direct impact on business and financial operations.
What will you do? Collaborate directly with business stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of Data Analytics, ML, and AI solutions;
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives;
Develop and implement Machine Learning models, AI Agents, and automation processes;
Actively participate in the design, development, implementation, and validation of Analytics, ML, and AI solutions;
Support QA teams during System Integration Testing (SIT) and take responsibility for production deployments;
Identify, analyze, and resolve production incidents related to existing AI/ML models, agents, and solutions. What do we value in you? Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders;

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. What are we looking for? At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence;
Experience in data projects within Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or Asset Portfolio Management;
Advanced experience implementing ML/AI solutions using data from relational databases and document stores;
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics;
Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (highly valued);
Good understanding of UX/UI Design principles applied to Analytics solutions;
Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and multi-branch development strategies; Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) (nice to have);
