Are you an experienced stonemason looking for a stable position on the island? A construction company based in Manacor is hiring two skilled first-class stonemasons for construction projects across different locations in Mallorca. If you take pride in precise masonry craftsmanship, working with natural stone, and building durable structures, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with fixed daytime working hours. In this role, you will be responsible for essential structural and traditional masonry work on active sites. Your core tasks include: Constructing load-bearing walls, facades, enclosures, and partitions using natural stone or blocks while guaranteeing accurate levels, plumbs, and alignments. Selecting, cutting, roughing, and precisely shaping natural stone pieces to fit project requirements. Interpreting site plans, setting out construction work, calculating required building materials, and preparing specific mortar mixes. Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day work of second-class masons, assistants, and site laborers.



Strictly complying with all occupational health, safety, and risk prevention regulations on the construction site. What you bring to the team:

At least 24 months (2 years) of proven professional experience as a stonemason or masonry specialist. Strong expertise in handling natural stone, understanding structural plans, and executing precise dry stone or mortared stone walls. The ability to lead, guide, and support junior team members and site assistants effectively. Reliability, dedication to quality craftsmanship, and safety awareness in everyday construction work. What is offered:

A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) offering long-term stability. Full-time schedule from 07:00 to 15:00, Monday through Friday, giving you predictable working hours. An annual gross salary of €26,147.47. The chance to work on diverse construction projects located at various sites across Mallorca.
