FUNDACIO INSTITU DE RECERCA EN ENERGIA DE CATALUNYA is seeking an MSc graduate to pursue a PhD within the SELDON project. The role focuses on oxide-ion synaptic transistors and neuromorphic hardware for IoT edge computing, with collaboration across IMB‑CNM and UAB in Barcelona. Successful candidates will work at the interface of iontronic devices, microfabrication and neuromorphic electronics, gaining hands‑on fabrication and measurement training and opportunities for international mobility.
