Mainer is managing the recruitment of a Senior AI Engineer for a major AI-powered labor and Human Resources management platform. We are looking for someone with a solid software engineering foundation and real experience building AI solutions in production. We are not looking for a generalist who touches many areas superficially, but someone able to delve deeply into the engineering behind AI products and agents. You will join the technology team, work alongside senior developers, and progressively take on a key role in the evolution of the AI area.

Your main objective will be to progressively take technical responsibility for the Artificial Intelligence components currently in production. Artificial Intelligence agent architectures. Development and evolution of LLM-based systems. Agent prompts and instructions. Memory systems. Tools and capabilities used by agents. Observability of AI systems in production. Development of new Artificial Intelligence features within the product. Improvement of the quality, reliability, and scalability of existing systems. Collaboration with product and engineering to turn business needs into technical solutions. During the first few months, you will work on existing systems and progressively gain ownership of the area. The goal is for you to be able to technically lead much of the Artificial Intelligence-related development, with a high level of autonomy, after approximately 6 months.

At least 2 years of specific experience working with Artificial Intelligence.
Experience developing AI solutions beyond prototypes or proof of concept.
Experience or deep knowledge of LLMs, agents, and AI systems applied to products.
Ability to work autonomously and take on technical ownership.
Product mindset and ability to understand the impact of technical decisions.
Curious and constantly eager to learn.

Условия Fixed salary between €70,000 and €80,000 gross per year.
