Key Responsibilities

Manage and process all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.

Prepare and reconcile vendor invoices, expense reports, and employee reimbursements.





Process customer payments and manage outstanding balances, ensuring timely collections.

Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures.

Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.

Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role, or as a General Accountant with strong AP/AR focus.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and productively in a remote setting.

Fluency in Spanish is required.
