Montegallo is a real estate investment firm focused on identifying, acquiring, and growing high-quality property assets. As we grow, we are investing in how that brand shows up in the physical world: on apparel, gifts, signage, and the marketing materials people hold in their hands.

The Role We're looking for a Product Designer to own the design of Montegallo's marketing and merchandise products. You'll take ideas from concept to finished, production-ready pieces, including branded apparel, client and investor gifts, event materials, and print collateral. You'll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to make sure everything we put into the world feels cohesive, premium, and unmistakably Montegallo.

What You'll Do

Design branded merchandise and marketing products, such as apparel, headwear, drinkware, stationery, gift sets, signage, and event swag

Translate Montegallo's brand identity into physical products that feel elevated rather than generic

Develop concepts, mockups, and production-ready artwork files

Source and manage relationships with vendors, printers, and manufacturers, and review samples and proofs for quality

Create and maintain design templates and brand guidelines for merchandise and marketing assets

Collaborate with leadership and marketing to plan product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections

Manage multiple projects at once,



balancing quality, budget, and timelines

Recommend materials, finishes, and production methods that fit both the brand and the budget

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience designing products for marketing, merchandise, or branded goods

A strong portfolio showing finished physical products, not just digital work

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma

Working knowledge of print and production processes (screen printing, embroidery, embossing, foil stamping, etc.)

Experience preparing artwork files for vendors and manufacturers

Strong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, finance, hospitality, or other professional services industries

Experience building or refining a brand identity system

Familiarity with 3D mockup tools or product visualization software

Photography or basic video skills for showcasing finished products
