Open Source Video Models:

Hands‑on experience implementing and fine‑tuning open weights models like

Character Performance & Lip‑Sync:

Solve common AI animation challenges (flickering, morphing) using deflickering tools, temporal smoothing, and loop‑back techniques. ✔️

Pipeline Development:

Build and optimise ComfyUI workflows for specific animation tasks. ✔️

Storyboarding & Animatics:

Translate scripts and static concepts into dynamic animatics and video mood‑boards. ✔️

LoRA & Model Tuning:

Train or fine‑tune models on specific art styles or characters to ensure they remain recognisable in motion. ✔️

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Traditional Animators and Game Designers to integrate AI‑generated layers into existing motion graphics or game engines.
