We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to help oversee the operational execution of clinical trials — and in doing so, contribute to training the AI systems that will transform how medical research is conducted at scale.

This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who thrive on keeping complex studies on track.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies progressing on schedule

Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and external partners

Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study execution

Identify operational risks early, resolve issues proactively,



and maintain clear stakeholder alignment throughout the trial lifecycle

Apply your real-world clinical expertise to inform and improve AI training datasets and evaluation frameworks

Who You Are

Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Skilled at managing CROs, vendors, or external research partners in a regulated environment

Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent workstreams without losing focus or quality

A clear communicator who can align diverse stakeholders across complex, multi-site studies

Self-directed and dependable when working remotely and independently

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems

Familiarity with AI tools or research data workflows

Background in early-phase, oncology, or multi-regional clinical trials
