ADMISSIONS OFFICER** (Full time Permanent postion) Oak House School has a school population of 1100+ students. The successful candidate should be able to cater for English as an additional language as many of our students speak English as a second or third language. Furthermore, the successful candidate must be open and willing to undertake professional training and have a reflective attitude, striving for excellence in all aspects of their practice.

Qualifications

Professional profile with a specific focus on sales and business development.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the educational sector.

Essential

Fluent in English and Spanish;

proficiency in Catalan is considered a significant advantage.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with HRIS and workforce management tools, specifically Engage, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and master these systems.

High level of autonomy and responsibility.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Resilience and the ability to work under pressure. High level of empathy and exceptional communication skills.
