Hello!At Factorial we're looking for a GTM Operations Manager to help us take the company to the next level.In this role, you’ll run the system behind our go-to-market engine across Marketing, Inbound and Outbound: the HubSpot stack, lead routing, and the reporting that shows what’s working and what isn’t.Ready to be part of the challenge?What you'll do- Run the end-to-end GTM stack (HubSpot Marketing and Sales, plus the automations around it, such as n8n) and keep it reliable, with minimal failures.- Design and maintain inbound and outbound lead assignment: routing rules, round-robin logic and SLAs.- Lead a team of 4: set priorities, unblock their work and raise the bar on how they work.- Work with country teams to balance a strong general strategy with local market needs.- Turn data into decisions: spot what’s breaking or underperforming, and come with the fix.- Put AI to work across GTM, for example lead enrichment, automated qualification and call summaries, and measure the impact.What are we looking for- Highly analytical. You can tell from the data whether something is working.
