Requirements Proven track record of managing a portfolio of active KOLs that generates consistent monthly trading volume.Experience negotiating exclusive partnerships and structuring performance-based commission or rebate programs.Ability to reactivate underperforming partners, retain top-performing KOLs, and grow existing accounts.Strong understanding of KOL quality assessment, including audience authenticity, engagement, trader conversion, and trading activity.Ability to develop and execute regional KOL acquisition strategies independently.Proficiency in English and local languages.
