We are looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our crypto products. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing to build products that users trust and love, from trading and wallets to De Fi and payments.Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goalsConduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research in the crypto and Web3 spaceWrite clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaPrioritize features and manage the product backlogWork with engineers, designers, and blockchain developers to deliver features on timeCollaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, licensing)Define and track KPIs such as user growth, retention, trading volume,



and revenueLead go-to-market planning and product launchesGather user feedback and iterate on products continuously Requirements 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or Web3Solid understanding of blockchain, wallets, exchanges, De Fi, and tokenomicsExperience with data analysis and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL)Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsExperience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or NotionFluent English (written and spoken)Ability to make decisions in a fast-moving, uncertain environment Nice to Have Experience launching a crypto product, token, or NFT platformKnowledge of regulatory frameworks (MAS, Mi CA, etc.)Technical background or ability to read smart contracts at a basic levelActive personal participation in the crypto ecosystem #J-18808-Ljbffr
