Serás responsable de transformar conocimientos técnicos complejos en experiencias de aprendizaje atractivas, interactivas y efectivas para una audiencia diversa. Key Responsibilities
Diseñar la estructura y el contenido de cursos online sobre temáticas de blockchain y finanzas descentralizadas.
Crear materiales didácticos atractivos, incluyendo presentaciones, videos explicativos, cuestionarios y actividades interactivas.
Colaborar con expertos en la materia (SMEs) para asegurar la exactitud y relevancia del contenido.
Implementar los cursos en plataformas de gestión del aprendizaje (LMS), asegurando una experiencia de usuario óptima.
Evaluar la efectividad de los cursos a través de feedback de los estudiantes y métricas de rendimiento.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias en educación online, diseño instruccional y el ámbito de blockchain.
Adaptar y mejorar continuamente los contenidos existentes basándose en las últimas novedades del sector y el feedback recibido.
Gestionar proyectos de desarrollo de cursos de principio a fin, cumpliendo plazos y estándares de calidad.
Requirements
Grado en Diseño Instruccional, Educación, Comunicación, Informática o campo relacionado.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en diseño instruccional y desarrollo de e-learning.
Conocimiento sólido de modelos de diseño instruccional (e.G., ADDIE, SAM).
Experiencia con herramientas de autoría (e.G., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) y sistemas LMS (e.G., Moodle, Canvas).
Interés y comprensión de los conceptos fundamentales de blockchain, criptomonedas y DeFi.
Habilidades excepcionales de redacción, edición y comunicación.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborativa en un entorno 100% remoto.
Se valorará la experiencia en la creación de contenido multimedia (video, animación).

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop innovative online courses and learning modules from conception to completion.
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into accessible and engaging learning content.
Apply established instructional design models (e.G., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
Create learning objectives, assessments, activities and instructional materials (e.G., lesson plans,



presentations, interactive elements).
Integrate multimedia resources, such as videos, graphics, and interactive simulations, to enhance learning.
Ensure that all curriculum materials are aligned with educational standards, learning outcomes and quality assurance guidelines.
Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum through learner feedback, assessment data, and performance metrics.
Stay current with advancements in e‑learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and educational best practices.
Manage multiple curriculum development projects concurrently, adhering to timelines and budgets.
Provide training and support to SMEs and instructors on course delivery and the use of learning platforms.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer, or similar role in an online education setting.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and pedagogical best practices.
Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools (e.G., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
Experience in developing content for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including SMEs, developers, and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in creating engaging multimedia content is a significant plus.
Familiarity with gamification principles in learning design is advantageous.
