As we grow, we are investing in how that brand shows up in the physical world: on apparel, gifts, signage, and the marketing materials people hold in their hands.The RoleWe're looking for a Product Designer to own the design of Montegallo's marketing and merchandise products. You'll take ideas from concept to finished, production-ready pieces, including branded apparel, client and investor gifts, event materials, and print collateral. You'll work closely with our leadership and marketing teams to make sure everything we put into the world feels cohesive, premium, and unmistakably Montegallo.What You'll Do

Design branded merchandise and marketing products, such as apparel, headwear, drinkware, stationery, gift sets, signage, and event swagTranslate Montegallo's brand identity into physical products that feel elevated rather than genericDevelop concepts, mockups, and production-ready artwork filesSource and manage relationships with vendors, printers, and manufacturers, and review samples and proofs for qualityCreate and maintain design templates and brand guidelines for merchandise and marketing assetsCollaborate with leadership and marketing to plan product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collectionsManage multiple projects at once,



balancing quality, budget, and timelinesRecommend materials, finishes, and production methods that fit both the brand and the budget

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience designing products for marketing, merchandise, or branded goodsA strong portfolio showing finished physical products, not just digital workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or FigmaWorking knowledge of print and production processes (screen printing, embroidery, embossing, foil stamping, etc.)Experience preparing artwork files for vendors and manufacturersStrong eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistencyExcellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environmentHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing projects from start to finish

Nice to Have

Experience in real estate, finance, hospitality, or other professional services industriesExperience building or refining a brand identity systemFamiliarity with 3D mockup tools or product visualization softwarePhotography or basic video skills for showcasing finished products
